TERMS OF SERVICE

1. General

By placing an order with Abbod Atelier — via Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, or our website you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

Abbod Atelier reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Order Placement & Confirmation

Orders can be placed through our official channels only: Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, and our Website.

An order is only confirmed once our team has acknowledged it and payment has been received (or advance payment for custom orders). Abbod Atelier reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or payment issues.

3. Payment Policy

We accept all major payment methods including bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, credit/debit card, and cash on delivery (where applicable).

Custom Orders: A 50% advance payment is required at the time of order confirmation. The remaining balance is due before dispatch.

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices may change without notice — the price at the time of order confirmation is final.

4. Custom Orders

Abbod Atelier offers custom/stitching orders. Once a custom order is confirmed and advance is received, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Delivery timelines for custom orders will be communicated at the time of confirmation and may vary based on design complexity and current workload.

Any changes to a custom order must be requested within 24 hours of confirmation. No changes will be accepted after production has started.

5. Delivery & Shipping

We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery timelines vary by location and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Abbod Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, customs, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery charges (if applicable) will be clearly communicated before order confirmation.

6. Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds. However, we do offer exchanges on ready-made items under the following conditions:

— The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.

— Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

— Exchange is subject to availability of the replacement size/item.

— Custom orders are non-exchangeable as they are made to your specifications.

— Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are not eligible for exchange.

7. Product Disclaimer

We make every effort to accurately display product colors and details. However, slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings and lighting. Such variations do not qualify for an exchange.

8. Privacy

Your personal information (name, contact, address) is collected solely for order processing and delivery purposes. We do not share or sell your data to third parties.
