SHIPPING POLICY
1. Overview
At Abbod Atelier, we are committed to delivering your order safely and on time, anywhere in Pakistan. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
2. Shipping Charges
We charge a flat shipping rate of Rs. 200 per order, regardless of the number of items or order value. This charge will be clearly shown before you confirm your order.
Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
3. Delivery Timeframe
Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Business days do not include Sundays and public holidays.
Please note:
— Remote or rural areas may require additional 2–3 business days beyond the standard timeframe.
— Custom/stitching orders have separate timelines communicated at the time of order confirmation.
— Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Courier Services
We work with multiple trusted courier partners across Pakistan to ensure the best possible delivery experience based on your location. The courier assigned to your order may vary depending on your city and area.
Our current courier partners include services such as TCS, Leopards, and others as applicable.
5. Order Tracking
Tracking availability depends on the courier service assigned to your order. Where tracking is available, we will share your tracking number via WhatsApp, Instagram DM, or the contact information provided at the time of order.
If tracking is not available for your shipment, our team will keep you updated on the dispatch and estimated delivery status.
6. Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan, including major metropolitan areas such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Quetta, and more.
Deliveries to remote or rural areas are available but may take additional time. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before placing your order.
7. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
For custom/stitching orders, processing and production time will be communicated separately at the time of confirmation.
8. Failed or Returned Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel, the order will be returned to us. In such cases:
— Re-delivery will require an additional shipping charge of Rs. 200.
— Abbod Atelier is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address details provided by the customer.
— Please ensure your complete and accurate address, including city and contact number, is provided at checkout.
9. Damaged or Lost Parcels
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the courier, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order details and photos (if applicable). We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Abbod Atelier is not liable for parcels lost or damaged due to courier negligence, but we will assist in filing a claim on your behalf.
