RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Overview

At Abbod Atelier, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in ensuring every order meets our quality standards. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

We do not accept returns. However, we do offer exchanges and refunds in specific cases as outlined below.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges on ready-made items for any valid reason, subject to the following conditions:

— Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

— The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

— Items that appear worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted for exchange.

— Exchange is subject to availability of the requested size or item. If unavailable, store credit may be offered.

— The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us at their own cost.

— Once we receive and inspect the item, the exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days.

 

3. How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order through any of the following:

Please share the following when contacting us:

— Your order details (name, order number or date)

— Reason for exchange

— Clear photos of the item received

 

Our team will review your request and respond within 24 business hours with further instructions.

4. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds except in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect. A manufacturing defect includes:

— Stitching errors or broken seams that were present at the time of delivery.

— Wrong item delivered (different from what was ordered).

— Significant color or size mismatch from what was confirmed at the time of order.

 

Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence of the defect. Once verified by our team, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

Refunds will not be issued for:

— Change of mind after delivery.

— Minor color variations due to screen display differences.

— Sizing issues where correct size was confirmed at the time of order.

— Items that have been used, washed, or altered.

 

5. Custom Orders

Custom and stitching orders are non-exchangeable and non-refundable as they are made specifically to your provided measurements and design preferences.

We strongly recommend double-checking all measurements and design details before confirming a custom order. Any errors in measurements provided by the customer are not the responsibility of Abbod Atelier.

6. Sale & Discounted Items

Items purchased at a discounted or sale price may be eligible for exchange on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our team within 48 hours of delivery to discuss your situation.

Sale items are not eligible for refunds unless a confirmed manufacturing defect is present.

7. Items Not Eligible for Exchange or Refund

The following items cannot be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances:

— Custom/stitched orders.

— Items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.

— Items without original tags or packaging.

— Items where the exchange request was raised after 48 hours of delivery.

— Items purchased during a final sale or clearance event (if applicable).
